CANDIDATE ETIQUETE

If you are running late or unavailable to attend a shift then we ask you to contact us at least 1 hour prior to your shift commencing.

When your assignment is near completion or completed then contact us immediately so we can arrange another assignment for you

It is your responsibility to ensure that we receive your timesheet by 12pm midday every Monday. Choice Workforce is contactable 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

SAFETY

At Choice Workforce we are committed and dedicated to Occupational Health and Safety, our rigorous application screening on candidates, and our safety assessments, monthly audits, toolbox talks and regular communication between our clients and candidates ensure that at every job location we know safety is everyone’s priority.

Choice Workforce believe that you should come home from work the same way you went to work, and whilst we conduct monthly OH&S audits, we also educate our people that safety is everyone’s responsibility.

Choice Workforce takes pride and boasts a solid reputation on its commitment to Health and Safety in the workplace.

We have extensive policies and procedures, with many return to work and rehabilitation programmes to get you back into the workplace as quickly as possible.

You should never be intimidated to raise a safety concern, question or issue, if you ever see anything that looks unsafe, report it immediately, Inform Choice Workforce of your concerns so we can address the issue with the client immediately.

Remember, how bad would you feel if you saw a safety issue and failed to report it and the see or hear that a fellow co-worker just like yourself was injured or even worse.
